Exception for Cochlear Batteries: Refunds are
only for defective batteries. If you
purchase 60 cells and use all 60 cells then there will be no
refund. Cochlear Implant batteries use on the average of one
battery per day. If you use 1 per day then you are getting what
is to be expected and no refund will be made. All
batteries must be returned inlcuding the used ones. All defective
batteries will be returned to the factory for further evaluations to
determine why batteries are defective. Help us to help you get
the best quality.
